here is what we typically look for in our candidates and what you can expect as
you progress through our interview process.
To be considered for any position, whether there is an opening or not, you must
start by submitting and filling out an application. This can be done by going to
our career center page.
Your first interview will be your toughest. It is geared at helping us understand
how your qualifications and experience match the job requirements. We use behavioral
based or situational based interviewing techniques in this interview.
The next step in our interview process is for candidates to complete a technical
interview. This assessment is based on the job skill requirements and is either
given in an oral interview format or a written format.
Following your technical assessment, we set-up a round of interviews with members
of our recruiting team, including partners and managers.
Upon completion of you 2nd interview, we ask that all candidates provide us with
references from past employers.
Each job position has different requirements; however, successful candidates should
all be highly motivated, self starting individuals that have proven ability to lead,
communicate effectively, and remain flexible.
